More Information about Concurrent Breakout Sessions:

Session Timing: Please account for a 5-minute delay at the start of your session to allow delegates to move between sessions, and reserve an additional 5-10 minutes at the end for Q&A. This means your content should be designed for approximately 45 minutes.

Venue Capacity: The default set-up for each breakout room is theatre-style and can accommodate between 40-60 participants. Some speakers have successfully used cluster groups of chairs and flipcharts to encourage movement and interaction within the room.

Set Up: PCMA & MBS will only be providing in-house furnishing. Speakers who prefer to have a more dynamic set up would incur a furniture hire fee and must coordinate bump in/ out facilitation directly with the centre.

AV: The standard AV set up include 1 x lectern and microphone (fixed at the lectern), 1 x roving microphone, 1 x inhouse projector and screen. All additional AV requests will be charged to the organising speaker and must be pre-paid.

Panel discussions: Either in-house sofas or banquet chairs will be used.

Rehearsals:Rehearsals (if required) can only take place during the catering breaks (after the plenary session). Priority will be given to the first sessions of the concurrent breakouts.

Agency Submissions:If you are an agency proposing a panel, at least one panellist must be a client (brand-side representative). Proposals without a client representative will not be considered.

Logistics and Policies

Event Access: As a selected speaker, you will receive access to the Welcome Reception on Sunday, 12 April 2026 (TBC), as well as the conference (all catering) on Monday, 13 April and Tuesday, 14 April 2026. Please note that in line with PCMA’s policy, supplier representatives are required to hold a valid paid registration to attend the wider Convening APAC 2026 conference. Speaker acceptance does not waive this requirement.

Availability(Required)

I confirm that, if selected, I will be available to present on either Mon, 13 April 2026 or Tue 14 April 2026. I understand that detailed session logistics and timings will be provided upon confirmation.

Travel and Expense Policy(Required)

I understand that PCMA does not provide speaker fees, travel, or accommodation reimbursements.
