As human behaviours and habits evolve, in a post 2020 world, journey mapping has never been more important. Yet this is often an element that gets overlooked in a rush to perfect the logistics of an event.

This Lab will look at why spending time on journey mapping when designing your event, will lay the ground work for an impactful and engaging event. We’ll look at current trends and behaviours and how you can incorporate these to create journey maps, your program design, your event communications, along with your speaker and stakeholder briefings.

We will uncover how to understand your audience, how to map our their motivations and emotions in the lead up to an event as well as during and after, and how you can map this journey to authentically and effectively engage with them.
