Adam Grant is no stranger to Convening Leaders. The organizational psychologist, podcaster, and No. 1 New York Times bestselling author dazzled CL 2023 participants with his one-of-a-kind insights on how people relate to work.

The Philadelphia native is currently a professor at the Wharton School of Management at the University of Pennsylvania and has received awards from the American Psychological Association, the Academy of Management, and the National Science Foundation, which recognized him as one of the world’s most influential researchers in business and economics.

His books include Think Again and Hidden Potential and he is the host of the “ReThinking” and “Work Life” podcasts.

Grant’s achievements aren’t limited to the field of organizational psychology — before earning his Ph.D., he worked as a professional magician and served as advertising director at Let’s Go publications, and in his youth he was a Junior Olympic springboard diver.
