Roy B. Evans Scholarship

A tuition-based scholarship supporting undergraduate students preparing for careers in the business events industry.

Award:

  • $7,500 USD tuition award
  • Up to two (2) recipients

Eligibility & Requirements:

  • Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program
  • Open to all years of undergraduate study

Deadline: March 31
Est. Notification Date: Late April

Legacy Society Scholarship

A scholarship designed to support undergraduate students as they transition from education into the professional workforce.

Award:

  • $3,500 USD tuition award.
  • Two (2) complimentary online educational courses at the PCMA Institute
  • One (1) year PCMA membership
  • Up to three (3) recipients

Eligibility & Requirements:

  • Must be an undergraduate student in your final year of study

Deadline: March 31
Est. Notification Date: Late April

Foundation Scholars Program

A year-round scholarship program offering tuition support and sustained engagement within the business events industry.

Award:

  • $3,500 USD tuition award.
  • Two (2) complimentary online educational courses at the PCMA Institute
  • Up to five (5) recipients

Eligibility & Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled undergraduate student
  • Open to all years of undergraduate study
  • At least one semester of an undergraduate program must be completed at the time of application

Deadline: March 31
Est. Notification Date: Late April

Continuing Education Scholarship

A scholarship supporting graduate-level students and professionals pursuing advanced education in the business events industry.

Award:

  • $3,500 USD tuition award.
  • Two (2) complimentary online educational courses at the PCMA Institute
  • One (1) year PCMA membership
  • Up to three (3) recipients

Eligibility & Requirements:

  • Completed undergraduate degree
  • Currently pursuing a graduate degree

Deadline: March 31

Business Events Summit: All-Access Pass Scholarships

The Business Events Summit All-Access Pass Scholarships provide event professionals with the opportunity to attend the Business Events Summit in Puerto Rico with hotel and registration support.

These scholarships are designed to remove financial barriers and provide meaningful access to the conversations, connections, and insights shaping the future of business events.

Award:

  • Complimentary registration to the Business Events Summit
  • Three (3) nights of hotel accommodations during the official Summit dates
  • Up to 150 recipients

Eligibility & Requirements:

  • Professionals currently working in event planning or business event strategy roles within corporations, associations, or independent practices.
  • Applicants must be actively employed in a planner role at the time of application.
  • Applicants must submit the following: Completed scholarship application form, including two short personal statements

CEMA Summit: All-Access Scholarships

The CEMA Summit All-Access Scholarships provide corporate event marketers with the opportunity to attend CEMA Summit with hotel and registration support.

These scholarships are designed to remove financial barriers and provide meaningful access to peer-driven conversations, executive-level insights, and strategic discussions shaping the future of corporate events.

Award:

  • Complimentary registration to CEMA Summit
  • Three (3) nights of hotel accommodations during the official Summit dates
  • Up to 10 recipients

Eligibility & Requirements:

  • Corporate event marketers currently working in an in-house planning or event strategy role within a corporation.
  • Applicants must be actively employed in a corporate event marketer or corporate event strategist role at the time of application.
  • Applicants must submit the following: Completed scholarship application form, including two short personal statements.
