DESCRIPTION:PCMA PHL Chapter Retreat: Refresh\, Reconnect\, Recenter—Wellness in Work\, Life\, and Leadership\, July 17-18\, 2025 at the Tropicana in Atlantic City\, NJ\n\nPlease join us for the annual PCMA PHL Chapter Retreat designed to help you reconnect with your purpose\, recharge your energy\, and refocus your approach to work! \nResearch supports that attending retreats can benefit long-term employee engagement\, productivity\, and overall wellness. Set against the backdrop of the beach and Atlantic Ocean\, this year’s Chapter Retreat will offer a unique blend of: \n\nCommunity engagement;\nMeaningful collaboration with fellow event leaders;\nProfessional development; and\nPersonal well-being.\n\nWhether you’re battling burnout\, navigating work and travel\, or looking for ways to bring more strategy to your workplace\, this retreat is your space to breathe\, learn\, and grow. \nMembership to PCMA and the Greater Philadelphia Chapter is required to attend this event. \nThursday\, July 17\, 2025 \n\n2:00-4:00 PM: Community Service Activity at the Tropicana – Please join us for the group activity where we will build hygiene kits for Avanzar.\n5:00-7:00 PM: Opening Reception\n7:00 PM: After-party – Join us for dessert at Gin Ricky’s following the reception – compliments of Visit Atlantic City!\n\nOur Opening Reception\, generously hosted by the Tropicana and Caesars Entertainment\, will take place at Top of the Trop.
