Prior to joining MGM\, Kristen was instrumental in developing and executing the sustainability program at Sabra Dipping Company\, a PepsiCo brand\, where she served as Senior Manager of Sustainability. Her role there involved cross-functional collaboration and direct interaction with senior executives\, resulting in significant corporate social responsibility achievements. \nKristen’s extensive background includes leadership roles in sustainability at Tayst Coffee\, JUST Water\, and The United Nations. With more than 20 years of experience in the entertainment and hospitality industries\, she also boasts impressive IMDB credits—an aspect she proudly considers her personal superpower.
