DESCRIPTION:Please join us for the annual PCMA PHL Chapter Retreat\, July 30-31\, at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City!\nWe are putting the finishing touches on the program details. Please check back soon to learn more about the sessions and speakers. In the meantime\, the agenda and hotel information are available below. \nThursday\, July 30\, 2026 \n\n2:00-4:00 PM: Community Service Activity at the Borgata – Please join us for a group activity where we will build hygiene kits for the Hope Exists Foundation.\n5:00-7:00 PM: Opening Reception\n\nFriday\, July 31\, 2026 \n\n8:00-9:00 AM: Breakfast\n9:00-12:00 PM: Retreat Activities and Education Sessions\n12:00-1:00 PM: Lunch\n\nMembership Requirements: To attend the Chapter Retreat\, you must be a PCMA member in good standing including an active membership with the PCMA Greater Philadelphia Chapter. For more information about membership\, click here. If you are a member of PCMA\, but not a member of the Philadelphia Chapter\, please add Philadelphia as a secondary chapter for $30.00. Email membership@pcma.org with the request to add the chapter to your membership. After payment\, please send confirmation to gppcma@comcast.net. \nHotel Reservations and Parking: PCMA PHL Planner members will receive complimentary guest rooms including resort fees. PCMA PHL Supplier members will receive a discounted room rate of $95 plus tax and fees for the night of Thursday\, July 30. Planners are required to provide a credit card to secure the reservation. A week prior to the Chapter Retreat\, PCMA PHL will share the list of registered attendees with the hotel\, and the hotel will waive the guest room charges for planner members.
