Ontario\nChicago\, IL 60611\nOR\nVirtually on Zoom \nCLICK HERE TO REGISTER\n  \nGMC Board of Directors\, Committee Chairs\, Committee Members and any other members interested in becoming involved in PCMA’s GMC are welcome to attend. \nThis development day will include an orientation on roles and responsibilities of chapter leaders; developing strategic plan tactics for each committee\, and special guest speaker TJ Baskerville. \nMeet our Speaker: \n \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \nTejuana (TJ) Baskerville is an accomplished professional and trailblazer in education\ndevelopment and association management.\nShe is a wife\, a mom\, and the Director of Professional Development & Events\, leading with\npassion\, purpose\, and strategic vision. Driven by a dedication to innovation and excellence\, TJ\nhas made meaningful contributions to both her industry and community.\nIn 2020\, TJ was honored as one of Association Forum’s distinguished “Forty Under 40” award\nrecipients\, highlighting her exemplary leadership and influence in her field. A champion for\ndiversity and inclusion\, TJ served as Chair of the Women’s Executive Forum Advisory Group in\n2022\, where she empowered women leaders and fostered inclusive environments across\nindustries.\nHer expertise in continuing education is further demonstrated by her tenure as Committee Chair\nfor the International Association for Continuing Medical Education (IACME) from 2020 to\n2022\, where she played a pivotal role in advancing the standards and practices of medical\neducation.\nSince 2022\, TJ has been a valued member of the Professional Development Advisory Council for\nthe American Society of Association Executives (ASAE)\, contributing her strategic insights and\nhelping to elevate the association management profession.\nTJ currently serves as the Chair of the Content Development Shared Interest Group (SIG) for\nAssociation Forum\, where she collaborates with peers to create impactful resources and learning\nopportunities for association professionals.\nA leader with enthusiasm for innovation and a strong commitment to fostering growth and\ninclusion\, TJ continues to inspire colleagues and organizations alike with her forward-thinking\nvision and dedication to excellence. \n
