TIFFANY ELUM

Tiffany Elum is a seasoned sales professional with more than 15 years in the hospitality and tourism industry. Currently, Tiffany serves as National Account Director and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Taskforce Chair with Destination DC. Destination DC is the official convention and visitor’s bureau of our Nation’s Capital.

While serving in these key roles, Tiffany leads a taskforce of employees within her organization who is responsible for leading the company’s DEI strategy. Additionally, Tiffany oversees a portfolio of high-profile accounts she targets to confirm convention center business for the Walter E Convention Center.

Tiffany was born in Washington, DC. and is extremely passionate about ways to leave a lasting impact on the next generation of leaders through action centered efforts within the DEI space.
