The safety and security of participants and staff is the first priority of PCMA and Destinations International.
Medical/Emergency Instructions:
For non-emergencies: attendees are welcome to go to our First Aid Office located in the Walter E. Washington Convention Center near Hall A (follow the directional signage).
For medical emergencies: attendees can find a house phone and dial x3333. From a cell phone, attendees can dial 202-249-3333. This will get you directly to the in-house Security Control Room where you can dispatch an EMT or call for an ambulance. This will also alert our in-house security and traffic team so they can help direct medical services to the correct location.
If the attendee has already called 911 on their cell phone, we ask that our Security Control Room still be notified so that they can retroactively notify our in-house security & traffic team to be on the lookout for an ambulance.
