PCMA Guest Instructions
For Guest Wireless
Connect to PCMA-Guest and enter the code that is displayed on the Conference Monitors.
For Sharing Screen/Conference meetings
Our systems are set up with Zoom applications which allow you to wirelessly share your screen to the conference room screens. If you do not have a zoom account yet, please create one by going to https://zoom.us/. Creating an account is free.
Once you have an account, download the Zoom app to your computer, and sign in.
Then, use the Start (with video or without) buttons on the Zoom app to start a meeting.
If you’re in the PCMA Live Conference Room, see below for more instructions:
In PCMA Live, the room is controlled by an iPad that is located at the front of the room.
Please make sure that you plug the iPad back into the charger after the meeting.
If you have a scheduled zoom meeting, you will see it on the iPad and you can click start meeting to begin.
In PCMA Live, you don’t have to call in for zoom meetings, as the webcam on top of the TVs functions as a microphone and speaker as well, which automatically connects.
If you just want to just share the screen, click Share Screen button in your Zoom app and enter the sharing key from the top right of the PCMA Live Monitors.
