No. The survey is optional and all responses are kept confidential and recorded anonymously.
Based on collected information, PCMA will use the insights to identify the gaps and create solutions, services, programs, etc. to increase inclusion, equity, belonging and diversity across our member base and equip business events professionals with the resources and tools they need to advance inclusion, equity, belonging and diversity in their organizations.
PCMA believes we need to lead with inclusion and create inclusive, equitable workplaces where everyone feels welcome. And by doing this, diversity will be a sustainable outcome. This is why the title of the survey is Inclusion, Equity, Belonging and Diversity.
