In prior work leading accessibility programs\, he worked closely with people who were Blind\, Deaf\, or had physical disabilities\, so he has both a passion and firsthand experience understanding how People with Disabilities use the web. As Cvent’s Senior Manager for Accessibility\, Stephen works to ensure that our products are both usable and enjoyable by attendees who have disabilities. On a personal note\, his mother was an amputee\, and he grew up with two cousins who were in wheelchairs\, so accessibility is near and dear to his heart. \n\n        \n    \n\n\n    \n    \n\n    \n        \n            \n    Josh Klipp is the Founder and Principal of Made Welcome\, an accessibility consulting firm focused on accessibility at workplaces and events. Prior to founding Made Welcome\, Josh practiced law for 16 years\, specializing in the Americans with Disabilities Act. He is also a Certified Access Specialist (CASp No. 812) through California’s Division of the State Architect and is certified to provide guidance on accessibility in the built environment. After practicing law for nearly 2 decades\, Josh left litigating to do all things disability for one of the world’s largest tech companies\, Salesforce\, where he set up and implemented the reasonable accommodations process for Salesforce’s 15\,000 employees in the United States and Canada. He also created and implemented the first accessibility initiative for Dreamforce\, the world’s largest tech conference – an accessibility strategy that Dreamforce continues to implement today. Because of his experience in workplaces and events\, Josh understands the challenges and nuances faced by employers\, event producers and venues. On nights and weekends\, Josh moonlights with his band\, the Klipptones\, and is a volunteer Planting Leader with Friends of the Urban Forest. \n\n        \n    \n\n\n    \n    \n\n    \n        \n            \n    Forrest Lodge is the Director of Strategic Partnerships for Sportable\, Richmond\, Virginia’s nonprofit adaptive sports organization that provides sport and recreational opportunities to people with physical disabilities and visual impairments\, and has been with the organization since 2016. He has an undergraduate degree in Sport & Recreation Management from James Madison University (’14)\, and a masters degree in Sport Leadership from the Center for Sport Leadership at Virginia Commonwealth University (’15). In his current role at Sportable\, Forrest develops and manages relationships with key stakeholders\, including corporate sponsors and community partners to identify and pursue opportunities for collaboration\, secure funding and resources\, and create mutually beneficial partnerships that support the organization’s mission. Forrest also serves as the tournament director for Sportable’s annual competitions for sports such as wheelchair tennis and wheelchair basketball. \n\n        \n    \n\n\n    \n    \n\n    \n        \n            \n    Gerald Taylor joined Richmond Region Tourism in 2022 and is currently their Sports Development Manager. Gerald has spent time working for NASCAR\, MiLB\, Big 12 & A10 conference\, VSU Athletic Department\, and local AAU/High School sporting groups. Originally from Dinwiddie\, VA\, Gerald found his passion for working in the sports industry after his college baseball career ended in 2018. Gerald has a Bachelor of Science in Health Physical Education & Recreation (focus Sports Management):Master of Science in Sports Management. \n\n        \n    \n\n\n    \n    \n\n    \n        \n            \n    Brandon McBeain joined the NWBA National Office staff in 2016\, though has been with the NWBA since 2011. He currently serves as Chief Operating Officer. McBeain has spent time working for minor league sports teams\,  NCAA\, MLB\, various sporing events\, and sports marketing firms. McBeain\, originally from Minnesota\, found his passion for Paralympic sport working for the Organizing Committee at the 2010 Vancouver Olympic & Paralympic Winter Games. McBeain has a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications: Public Relations and Master of Education in Sport Management.

For three decades\, including roles as ASAE chief learning officer and ICSC global vice president\, Rhonda has helped hundreds of companies\, associations\, and nonprofits tackle their most challenging opportunities across 15 countries and create competitive advantage with and for the communities they serve.  Rhonda is creator of BLK + BRN Professionals\, serves on the boards of NYSAE\, SocialOffset\, and C4 Performing Arts\, and is an advisor on the ASAE Executive Management Advisory Council and the PCMA Education Task Force. \n\n        \n    \n\n\n    \n    \n\n    \n        \n            \n     \n\n\n    Panelist: Rodney Bryant\nNational President\, National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives \nRodney Bryant\, a more than 15-year member of the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives\, is the organization’s 46th national president. He previously served as first vice president and second vice president\, as well as sergeant-at-arms for both the national office and the Georgia Chapter. He also served as the planning committee chair for the 2017 Annual Exhibit Training and Conference in Atlanta\, Georgia. \nHe joined the Atlanta Police Department in 1988. During his career\, he climbed the ranks\, serving as a patrol officer\, senior police\, sergeant\, lieutenant\, assistant commander and major. Highlights of his career include leading the command of Super Bowl LIII in 2019 and the College Football Playoff Championship in 2018. He retired in 2022 as the 25th chief of the department. \nIn alignment with 21st Century Policing\, which asserts that law enforcement agencies must be well-trained and sensitive to the needs of the communities they serve to be effective\, Bryant supports training that is tailored for each agency. He is also committed to bold leadership with respect to reducing gun violence\, addressing the issue of missing and murdered women and children of color\, and law enforcement recruitment with an eye toward middle management and mentoring for leadership. \n\n        \n    \n\n\n    \n    \n\n    \n        \n            \n     \n\n\n    Panelist: Dominique D. Calhoun\, Esq\nPresident\, National Bar Association \nDominique D. Calhoun is the managing shareholder of Calhoun Meredith\, PLLC – a boutique law firm specializing in government relations matters\, tort-related issues\, and business affairs. \nPrior to founding the firm\, Calhoun was the chief government relations officer for Texas Southern University where he developed the legislative and appropriations strategies for federal\, state\, and local governments. During his tenure\, Calhoun secured over $40 million through state and local appropriations for the institution. \nToday\, Calhoun represents hundreds of clients injured due to individual and corporate negligence. His work has recovered millions for his clients and\, for consecutive years\, has garnered him the distinction of being named one of Texas’s Rising Stars in the practice area of personal injury by Super Lawyers\, an honor only bestowed to the top 2.5% of lawyers in the State of Texas. In addition to his work in personal injury\, Calhoun handles other civil matters including contract disputes and construction defects. \n\n        \n    \n\n\n    \n    \n\n    \n        \n            \n     \n\n\n    Panelist: Sylvia Long-Tolbert\, PhD MBA MABA\nPrincipal\, Know More Marketing \nBehavioral translator\, human-centered researcher\, and brand fixer\, Dr. Sylvia Long-Tolbert has worked as a practitioner\, consultant\, and professor for more than 40 years and is an acclaimed expert in her field. With her guidance\, marketers\, organizational change agents\, strategic problem solvers\, experience designers\, and social impact entrepreneurs build sound solutions to behavioral\, social\, and cultural shifts that are redefining business markets.  \nSylvia has taught in graduate marketing and e-commerce degree programs for John Hopkins University’s Carey Business School\, the University of Toledo’s Neff College of Business and Innovation\, and Drexel University’s Lebow College of Business.
