Each guest will be required to pay a deposit equal to the first night’s room and tax at the time of reservation and must present a valid major credit card along with photo ID upon check-in to access ancillary services. Cancellation requests received more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival will be subject to a $100.00 processing fee. The balance of the advance deposit will be refunded.
