“Building a strong team is both possible and remarkably simple. But it is painfully difficult.” Patrick Lencioni author of The Five Dysfunctions of a Team.

Building a team comes down to mastering a set of behaviors that are not complicated but really challenging to put into practice every day, month after month. This webinar is based on Mr. Lencioni’s book and will explore the five behaviors that can contaminate teams and breed dysfunctional practices within them: Absence of Trust, Fear of Conflict, Lack of Commitment, Avoidance of Accountability, Inattention to Results.

In a leadership position and experiencing team dynamics that are not resulting in meeting your department or company goals? If yes, then this webinar is for you!
