Based in Minneapolis, Brianna has spent a decade focusing on travel technology and innovation. From online booking tools and mobile app strategies, to duty of care and business intelligence, and everything in between. Her role has been primarily to educate clients and prospects alike on what’s out there and how to best utilize technologies in their programs.
Brianna joined Direct Travel in 2017 having spent the prior seven years at Carlson Wagonlit Travel where she served for four years as a Program Engineer before assuming the position of Manager of Global Technology Solutions.
In her role as Director of Technology Solutions at Direct Travel, Brianna consults with clients and prospective clients on which of our proprietary and 3rd party technologies will be best utilized within their corporate travel programs. Using her expansive knowledge relative to numerous platforms and their functionality, she assists our clients in identifying their pain points and challenges, and then in helping them to find the best solutions among Direct Travel’s offerings.

Among our niche customers are federal government contractors, trade associations and non-profits, PR/law firms, entrepreneurs, and even Political organizations and Presidential campaigns. He is a frequent speaker and trainer, and news contributor on the topics of travel management, dreams trips by design, and entrepreneurial topics.
