Dr. Kim is President & Chief Exercise Officer of X bytes, a wellness company that delivers video stretch breaks, wellness talks and lounges to keep conference attendees engaged and energized. Her byte-size approach makes it easy for people to fit wellness into conferences and busy workdays – one-step or byte at a time. Trained in mindfulness based stress reduction and a professional member of the National Speakers Association, Dr. Kim has a Ph.D. in Behavioral Science & Health, and was an adjunct professor in public health at the University of Toronto and a National Cancer Institute of Canada postdoctoral fellow.
Dr. Kim’s program has been featured at PCMA Convening Leaders and EdCon, IAEE Expo! Expo!, MPI WEC, IBTM America, CSPI, CMP Conclave, NACE, Connect Marketplace, HSMAI Meet, Experient’s e4, Hosts Global Alliance, Incentive Research Foundation, and Marriott International conferences. She lives in the Washington DC area.
