From ad land to communications to experience marketing, Jess has spent her career in agencies grappling with questions such as: Why do people fall head over heels, irrationally in love with brands? Can comms play a role countering terrorism? How can you bottle the magic of a live experience and build a relationship with the audience beyond that single moment in time?
Jess is responsible for the strategy service offering at GPJ. Her favourite word is ‘why’, and she likes to ask it a lot. Especially when interrogating a brief, deep diving into a brand, unearthing audience and cultural insights, and providing springboards for ideation.
It’s the blend of research, logic and creativity that makes her tick. She believes that these three ingredients elevate experience design and are essential for dreaming, designing and creating extraordinary experiences.
