PCMA University (PCMA U) is the premier pre-conference event for Students at Convening Leaders! We encourage all student members to attend!

As a Student or Young Professional, you probably have a lot of questions about the industry, your future career, and more. This is the chance to network, learn from, and collaborate with other young professionals and emerging student leaders in the business events industry.

1-1:30PM | Intro/Welcome/Game
PCMA Orientation from PCMA HQ. No need to attend any other! What to do. What to attend. What to wear. Plus a game hosted by PCMA U emcee Bill Martin.

1:30-2:15PM | Meeting & Events Panel
Students will hear career success stories from SIX of the prestigious PCMA 20 in their 20s award winners.

2:15-2:45PM | Break & Mentor Networking
Time to network with event industry professionals who have volunteered to be table hosts/mentors at PCMA U!

2:45-3:30PM | Human Resources Panel
Hear from 3 Las Vegas hospitality human resource professionals on job hunting tips, post-graduation advice, resume building, job interviews and how to follow up. Bring lots of questions!
