This workshop is designed to provide participants, and those that are looking to gain more diverse leadership skills, with the tools for unlocking their creativity and inspiring their teams with an innovation mindset. This hour-long workshop is designed for any professionals who wants to learn about and apply the design thinking process to their organization or teams. Come away with a wider understanding of the design thinking process, a plan of action to take back to your organization around a specific challenge, and a network of colleagues to collaborate with in the future.
