How Strong is Your Crisis Management Plan?

November 2017 at ExCeL London. This program will provide a local platform for education exchange among a small group of local business event professionals the opportunity to exchange insights on event safety and crisis communication.

If you don’t think your organisation is vulnerable to a man-made or natural crisis in this day and age, think again. From operational measures to how you communicate to all stakeholders demonstrates your preparedness, or lack of, when disaster strikes.

In this programme you’ll get an opportunity to hear from communication experts and business event peers on smart practices of crafting and executing a strong plan. Bring your experiences on crisis communication to this discussion and you’ll walk away with enhancements to put into practice.

As part of this elite group of local leaders who stage large business events you will:

  1. Assess the strengths and weaknesses of your organisation’s crisis safety and communication plan
  2. Craft appropriate messaging for all stakeholders and event participants
  3. Determine next steps for how to further develop your plan to ensure seamless execution
