A commercially minded executive, who specialises in business, brand, marketing and corporate affairs strategy, Kirsty addresses complex business challenges.
She is a senior leader with over 25 years of experience including agency and client-side roles in Australia, USA, UK, and Europe. Her work includes the design and management of revenue programs for a major sponsor of the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games and Sydney 2000 Olympic Torch Relay, the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and 2012 London Olympic Games. She later ran the brand integration and rebrand program for one of the largest financial services mergers in Australia’s corporate history, going on to lead the merged company’s first centralised product marketing and sales support team for a multi-billion dollar portfolio of 120 financial products.
With experience that spans several sectors from medical technology to the arts, she has extensive knowledge of financial services sector and business-to-business services strategy. Today she works in the culture, business events and tourism, education, and technology sectors.
Kirsty consults to businesses in their scale-up and growth phases, and to large organisations in transition or transformation. This work ranges from leadership facilitation workshops through to market consultation, and business model redesign.
A graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), she is a long term volunteer and has been a Board Director for women’s charity, Dress for Success Sydney, a group dedicated to helping women-in-need gain work and economic independence.
Kirsty works independently and consults in partnership with specialists. For example, for business events and revenue strategy specialists, Mayvin Global for their clients including premium catering business Laissez-faire Catering, National Parks and Wildlife Service NSW, Women in Tourism Australia, and Bleached Arts in Queensland.
