September 17, 2019 @ 9:00 am11:00 am BST

Designing one-size fits all conferences are in the past. With so many customized options at their fingertips, your audience expects experiences tailored to their individual needs. You’ll gain insight into how data can be used to understand your audience members at a deeper, emotional level and brainstorm applying this trend to each aspect of the attendee experience.

Learner Outcomes:

  • Recognise the benefits of understanding your audience on a personal, individual level.
  • Make the shift from relying solely on event surveys to leveraging behavioural data.
  • Design experiences that meet individual needs and emotions throughout the conference journey.
