The need for new ways to meet and engage is bigger than ever—and hybrid is expected to not be a temporary fix but be a permanent fixture in our industry for years to come! During this session we’ll discuss all components necessary to create a successful hybrid event, including:

  • defining a hybrid event and its benefits
  • understanding the key drivers behind hybrid event success
  • understanding how to apply those key drivers to common types of meetings

You’ll also receive the Hybrid Event Handbook – a resource you can use to plan events for 2021 and beyond.

Get to Know Our Speaker: 

Rachel Paisley leads the sales team at Hargrove responsible for all event types including virtual, hybrid, and in-person live events &  tradeshows. In her 19 years in the event industry, Rachel has developed teams driving business through implementation of strategies that foster relationships with partners and vendors. Prior to joining Hargrove, Rachel was the Vice President of Business Development at Red Velvet Events in Austin, Texas, where she focused not only on driving new business and revenue, but also on financial management, strategic marketing, and oversight of event operations. She’s produced large scale conferences & events; directed hotel sales, event and catering divisions; built and operated a tent & rental company; and traveled the globe connecting clients with experiences.
