This event will once again be a facilitated interactive discussion in a “general session” format.

- Team dynamics and engagement during the pandemic

- Getting back to “normal”
Facilitator: Donna Kelley
Over 38 years’ experience in the Hospitality Industry. Donna is a US Account Sales Leader for Marriott International servicing the Association Market Segment. Marriott International operates 7,000 Hotels representing 30 Brands Worldwide in 71 Countries.
Donna is active in PCMA on a National Level, in the NY Area Chapter, she served as Chapter President in 2005. She is a member of ASAE, served on the Board of Directors for the AMC Institute, Chair and Co-Chair of NYSAE Meet NY Day for 4 years consecutively, and currently serves on The Board of Directors for NYSAE.
Donna has a vast background with Marriott, holding positions in Restaurant Management, Catering Sales & Service, Event Management, Property Sales, Director of Sales for a Caribbean Portfolio of Resorts, and the past 20 years as Global Account Director. Donna also worked with Hyatt Resorts Caribbean.

Jimmy is a Senior Conference Planner for the IEEE Communications Society where he oversees six annual conferences including one of the flagships.
Jimmy has been a planner for more than 20 years primarily with associations. He’s the president-elect for NYPCMA.
