We’re starting 2022 in-person! Don’t miss this opportunity to begin the year with the PCMA Greater Philadelphia Chapter, and to discuss diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility, and justice (DEIAJ) in the workforce and business events industry. The February chapter meeting will focus on becoming a change agent, and will discuss approaches for building DEIAJ within your organization/team/department. So often, organizational change around DEIAJ is performative, not measurable, and not held to intent and standards. How do we move this important work beyond this? This session will:

• Discuss how to influence change in your personal life, and how that translates to influencing change within your organization/team/department (regardless of your role).
• Review organizational hiring practices as they relate to job descriptions, job postings, interviews, etc.
• Explore how to build diverse, inclusive, and equitable teams and workplace culture.

• Membership to the PCMA Greater Philadelphia Chapter is not required to attend.
• If you are not a member, click here to join today. PCMA is offering hardship pricing. If you need help to join, please call 877-827-7262 or email [email protected].
• If you are a member of PCMA, but not a member of the Philadelphia Chapter, please call the membership department at PCMA HQ to add the Philadelphia chapter to your account. The cost to add a chapter to your membership is $30.00.
• PCMA PHL is closely monitoring CDC and local guidelines regarding mask and COVID-19 standards. As the event nears, we will post and communicate meeting procedures. Masks will be required by the Four Seasons and PCMA PHL. Vaccine cards will be checked at registration. If you cannot be vaccinated due to a disability or recognized religious beliefs, please contact us to discuss alternative means of participation.
• There is no virtual option for this event.
• Parking Information – Parking at the hotel is $40.00 per car. Self parking options nearby include Three Logan Square Garage, 1900 Arch Street Garage, and Parkway 1901 Arch Street. Prices and availability vary at each location. The Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia, does not have any affiliation with the options provided.
