For the sixth year in a row, visit.brussels is organising the European Association Summit (EAS) in Brussels on 8-9 March 2018. This event has become indispensable in terms of exchanging information, sharing knowledge, and networking for international associations. Extending over two days, the latest trends and biggest questions facing the association community will be addressed under the theme of: “Engage, collaborate, and innovate.”
PCMA and visit.brussels have united to enhance the education programme of EAS. Through this collaboration, PCMA is supporting visit.brussels in the development of the event’s educational features, as well as providing speaker and moderator support.
On Friday 9 March, PCMA will present a session titled: The Age of Business Event Engagement: An Audience Centric Approach to Building Community. At this session, participants will learn elements that drive engaging event experiences, as well as methods to effectively evaluate events and increase audience engagement.

The summit is held in close cooperation with the sector’s major actors: ESAE (European Society of Association Executives), FAIB (Federation of European & International Associations Based in Belgium), and UIA (Union of International Associations).
