Convening EMEA All Access Pass
The All-Access Pass Scholarship is hosted by the PCMA Foundation and awarded to business event organisers.
This opportunity includes:
- Registration to 2025 Convening EMEA in Rotterdam 14 – 16 October.
- Choice of offsite Exploration Tours – 14th October
- Welcome Party
- Set Sail with Rotterdam Dinner
- All-access pass to the onsite event and event platform, pre-, during and post-event
- Refreshments & lunches
- Travel Pass
- Post-event access to the event platform for 12 months
- Two (2) nights’ accommodation
- Travel Allowance – (Roundtrip train or airfare – within Europe up to $400 and outside of Europe up to $750)

- Scheduled appointments at CEMEA (maximum of 5 appointments)
