Olga Nasibullina

Olga Nasibullina is an independent advisor to government agencies and private companies on information sharing in cybersecurity field. Olga is a founder of the CYBERHR Organization, CyberPeople job-matching platform, co-founder of TheSign.Media, and Global Intelligence Network. 

Olga  has strong expertise and knowledge in the global cybersecurity workforce development process. She is involved in development of trainings for NATO and Google programs 

Olga and her team host social and commercial activities, including mentoring sessions for students and cybersecurity professionals online meetups, alongside making and publishing free videos — all to raise awareness of the many opportunities within the cybersecurity industry. 

Olga has a deep understanding of the cybersecurity needs of countries across Europe, Africa, Ukraine, and the UAE, among others, as much of her work is devoted to finding solutions to minimize the global cybersecurity talent gap.
