With well over two decades of experience in the Experiential Marketing and Broadcasting industry, Lucille is an award winning charismatic, passionate and engaging leader who drives the creative process from conception to execution. She is also a vocal and active advocate for supporting women in the creative industry.

She has proven success with myriad projects that span the Greater China region and has proven to be a leader in her field. Passionate about the power of experience to create an emotional connection between brands and their audience, she takes a heart-first approach and understands the complex cultural nuances of the region and how that affects communication on all levels.

Lucille has extensive experience as both an Executive Creative Director and a Show Director and has successfully delivered jobs across Asia. She is also a member of Jack Morton’s Global Creative Council.

Most recently she was invited to appear on Cannes Television as part of the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity in France. This is a great honor since the Cannes Lions Festival is the world’s leading, most prestigious and most recognized Creative Festival.

Spikes Asia Festival of Creativity is the Asia Region’s equivalent of Cannes Lions. It is the foremost gathering of the regions and the world’s top creative minds. In 2019 Lucille received the double honor of being invited to be a guest speaker at the Festival as well as being invited to be a judge on the panel for the prestigious Awards Ceremony. The festival was held in Singapore.

In 2004, Lucille took part in the Production of the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the Athens Olympics as the lead on the Parade of Athletes.

In1998 Lucille was instrumental in launching South African, AngoGold (now AngloGold Ashanti, the world’s third largest gold producer) on the New York and London Stock Exchanges.
