Event professionals often find themselves waging the budget battle before fleshing out strategy and design. The result? A “better sameness” loop makes it difficult to transform their event experiences. This workshop will explore a mindset and a methodology that prioritize strategic insight as a precedent to design, and design as a precedent to final budgeting and decisions.
