(1) Redeem your Starpoints for a Starpoint Gift Certificate in the amount you desire ($25 or $100) by calling Starwood's Customer Care Center at 1-888-625-4988 or online by clicking here.

(2) After receiving your Starpoint Gift Certificate you can then apply it to all or a portion of the purchase of a PCMA product, service or event fee. Simply contact PCMA at 1-877-827-7262 and tell our customer service representative about the purchase you wish to make with your Starpoints.* They will ensure your transaction is carried out in a smooth and timely manner.
