Membership Renewal Application
There are Four ways to renew your PCMA Membership.
1. Website Online Renewal with a credit card at www.pcma.org. If you are already logged in the renewal form will appear below.
2. By mail with a check to PCMA

Online Renewal Processing
To access your online renewal information, go to your profile by logging in with your username and password in the right hand side of the green section. If you are already logged in the renewal form will appear below.
Verify that your profile information is correct. Use the Continue Renewal Application button to navigate through the application. Once on the Membership section complete all credit card information and click Submit Renewal Application. Wait until the confirmation appears, stating your renewal was processed successfully. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your transaction shortly. Print this confirmation for your records.
Manual Renewal Processing
You should follow these steps if you wish to process your PCMA renewal manually. Print the form and complete the required information.
If paying by check, make the check payable to "PCMA".
Group Invoicing
Does your organization have 10 or more members? Are you interested in a group invoice? Please contact JoAnna Leon (312.423.7253 or jleon@pcma.org) to streamline your dues paying process.
Student Membership / Post Graduate Rate
Students / Post Graduates who wish to renew their memberships must complete a new online student application each year of their membership. Once you submit this application, you will receive an email confirmation with your information about your renewal. For more information, please contact Erin Shamus, eshamus@pcma.org.
