Following the Webinar, each session will be added to the PCMA Online Learning Center. If you already purchased the Webinar, then it is available to you at no cost. Search our variety of Webinar topics at the Online Learning Center.

About PCMA Webinars:

PCMA's Webinar Series is delivered entirely via the Web using standard Web browser technology and VoIP (Voice-Over Internet Protocol). This means you will view the webinar using the standard Web browser installed on your computer and the audio portion of the webinar will be delivered through your computer's speakers. If, at the time of the Webinar, you access the Webinar using a phone line, a $10 surcharge will apply and be collected after the event.

If you will be attending the Webinar on a Mac computer or a computer using the Windows 98 operating system or earlier, please note that WebEx's VoIP software will not work on your computer. To access the audio portion of the Webinar, please request the 800 phone number prior to the start of the Webinar.
