Student FREE Lunch Program
Hospitality students who are current PCMA members or considering becoming members are invited to participate in the Rocky Mountain Chapter Student FREE Lunch Program.
Here's how it works:
Students submit an email request to the Chapter Student Liaison that includes their full name, mailing address, telephone, email, major, and a description of their interest in PCMA and the meeting/hospitality industry.
The Chapter Student Liaison will contact industry professional PCMA members to sponsor each student for one RMPCMA event. They will pay the registration fee, meet the student at the door, introduce the student to other professional members, and sit with the student during the program.
Once the student accepts their sponsor invitation, they are expected to honor it by showing up to the event as scheduled. If extenuating circumstances arise, the student is expected to make contact with both the sponsor and the Chapter Student Liaison allowing them enough time to find a replacement. Should a student fail to honor these guidelines, they will not be considered for another free lunch opportunity.
