Student Scholarships

The PCMA Education Foundation funds 22 scholarships throughout the year to student members. These scholarships help open doors to the industry and ease the financial burden that higher education can create.

Spring Scholarships

The Spring Scholarship applications are now open. Application deadline is ​Monday, March 2​7.


Roy B. Evans Scholarship

Tuition based scholarship of $7,500 for up to two (2) undergraduate PCMA Student Members.

PCMA Education Conference Scholarship
Complimentary registration, four (4) nights of housing and roundtrip airfare for up to three (3) undergraduate students to attend the 2017 PCMA Education Conference.

Global Student Scholarship
Tuition based scholarship of $2,500 for one (1) undergraduate PCMA Student Member, who is a not a citizen or permanent resident of North America.

Diversity Scholarship
Tuition based scholarship of $2,500 for one (1) undergraduate PCMA Student Member who has been traditionally under-represented in the meetings and events industry.

PCMA Leadership Scholarship
Tuition based scholarship of $2,000 for up to five (5) undergraduate PCMA Student members who have been committed to PCMA through involvement with Student Chapters, Regional Chapters and PCMA Headquarters.

PCMA Chairmen's Convening Leaders Scholarship

Complimentary registration, four (4) nights of housing and roundtrip airfare for up to two (2) PCMA undergraduate student members for Convening Leaders, January 7-10, 2018 in Nashville, T​N, as well as a $2,500 tuition based award.

PCMA Convening Leaders Scholarship
Complimentary registration, four (4) nights of housing and roundtrip airfare for up to five (5) PCMA Undergraduate Student Members for Convening Leaders, January 7-10, 2018 in Nashville, T​N. 

Student Chapter of the Year Award
$1,000 award provided to up to two (2) current PCMA Student Chapters to be used to fund educational, community service or membership programs during the 201​​8 school year.
