NYPCMA’s leadership traveled to St Louis recently for the PCMA 2016 Education Conference
. Day one of the Chapter Leadership Training was led by our own Jessica Levin, NYPCMA’s President-elect. I was fortunate enough to be asked to facilitate two sessions: Communicating the Value of Your Meetings
and a crowd-sourced session on BREXIT. Exciting news is that the PCMA 2017 Education Conference will be here in New York City.
NYPCMA programs, especially the educational ones, are our main way of delivering value to our membership, and innovation is essential to keeping our members engaged. We recently held our annual Planner Focus Group
to jumpstart our program planning for 2017, and many of our best ideas come from suggestions received from our membership. We will be conducting a survey later in the year, but feedback is welcome all year long. Please do send me your thoughts at any time.
As a chapter that innovates we are delighted to be bringing you the inaugural Lip Sync Battle
as the 2016 edition of our Summer Social! Sign up now
to be a Sponsor, Judge, Team, Participant, or Supporter!
So as your 2016 President (with “the Accent”) I encourage you to get involved and register for our next program today!
