Jamie Murdock

Murdock brings more than 20 years of sales experience to Experient and will be responsible for all aspects of sales of the organization’s event solutions to event organizers looking to enhance their attendees’ experience, grow their event attendance and leverage business intelligence. Prior to joining Experient, Murdock led the national sales team for Disney Destinations—Walt Disney World, Disneyland and Aulani.

Jeff Gillick

The Langham Huntington, Pasadena, Southern California's iconic landmark hotel, has announced the appointment of Vern Lakusta as Director of Hotel Operations and Jeff Gillick as Director of Sales and Marketing to its senior management team.

Cat Carter

Cat Carter has been named complex director of sales and marketing at the Sheraton Grand Chicago and Westin Chicago River North, highly-regarded 1,200 and 400-plus room properties in the heart of downtown Chicago bordering the newly reinvigorated Chicago River Esplanade.

Colleen Phalen will joins the role of Executive Vice President, Program Development and Meetings of Destination Marketing Association International, effective July 6, 2016 and will be based in Washington, D.C. Colleen will direct and manage all educational content and operations for DMAI meetings, webinars and certificate/credential programs.   

Fiera Milano

In the midst of UFI’s Open Seminar in Basel, Switzerland, the association’s board of directors has selected Corrado Peraboni, CEO of Fiera Milano, as the president of UFI for 2018. As a result, the UFI Presidential Trio for the 2016-17 term will comprise Andreas Gruchow, (Deutsche Messe AG), president 2016-2017; Corrado Peraboni (Fiera Milano, Italy), incoming president; Sergey Alexeev (ExpoForum-International Ltd., Russian Federation), outgoing president.

Lourdes Berho

Mexico’s President Enrique Peña Nieto has appointed Lourdes Berhoas the new CEO of the Mexico Tourism Board (CPTM), replacing Rodolfo Lopez Negrete who served in the position since 2011. Berho is widely regarded as an expert in marketing with extensive credential with brand such as Condé Nast, Vogue, Glamour, GQ, Architectural Digest, BANAMEX and CITI Mexico.

Sebastian Riewe has joined Hotel Adlon Kempinksi as the new Director of Sales and Marketing. Sebastian is a true sales professional and is responsible for the coordination of all sales and marketing activities in the famous hotel next to the Brandenburg Gate.

Georges El Hachem

The new director of sales and marketing, El Hachem, was with IHG Group before moving to Banyan Tree Hotels and Resorts. El Hachem has 18 years' industry experience within the Middle East and 15 years of IHG brand knowledge.

Ramesh Kumar Singh

Ramesh Kumar Singh brings more than 17 years of hospitality experience to his new role. Singh previously worked in various hospitality capacities, including his most recent posting at Danat Hotels & Resort, Abu Dhabi as the director of sales.
