Save the Date: Please note, the newly selected committee chairs and co-chairs are expected to attend the all-day PCMA Capital Chapter Leadership Retreat, October 10, 2016, as well as the 2017 Mid-year Retreat, usually in June.

Why do we have this process?
The Committee Chairs & Co-Chairs application process is new as of 2016. This process has been created to:
- allow for greater transparency in the selection process
- better align with bylaws
- provide a chance for future leaders to be identified
- allow for the best qualified candidate to be selected for the position
The new application form will provide the Capital Chapter President-Elect a more thorough review of each candidate's qualifications while making the final selection. The President-Elect may receive input from current chapter board members and outgoing committee chairs.
