How did you get your start in the industry?
While in college at the University of Florida, I earned a degree in event, hospitality and tourism management. Through my work and internships (including at Loews Don Cesar), I found my true passion for creating unique and exciting memories for attendees through events. My career began at United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism (USCJ) in New York, NY and grew at International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Breakbulk Events & Media. After 15 years in our industry, I achieved my dream of launching my own global event management agency (JML Worldwide).
PMCA offers a fantastic global network of opportunities. Whether you're an event, hospitality, or tourism professional, PCMA offers life-changing continued educational experiences, professional international networking, and lasting business relationships.

What is your best advice to the millenniums on starting a career in the industry?
