These Dietary Tips Will Make You More Productive

The office is not an easy place to stay healthy. From guzzling four cups of morning coffee to being confined to a cubicle to snacking on afternoon sugary treats, the average 9-to-5 routine comes with plenty of challenges for well-being. However, work doesn’t have to wear on your personal health. HubSpot and EBOC, Entrepreneurs & Business Owners Community, recently partnered to create a menu of recommendations for feeling better throughout the workday. There are some strong reasons to follow it, too. Research from the Health Enhancement Research Organization shows that employees who eat well throughout the day are 25 percent more likely to have higher job performance.
