Lisa Fingerhut, Engagement Project Manager at McDonald’s presented an “Education Rewind” of her “Lessons from McDonald’s: 6 Tips for Creating a B-to-B Experience Attendees Love,” which she presented at the Fall Educational Meeting in September. Approximately 25 planners, suppliers, and nonmembers gathered at the Hyatt Lodge McDonald’s Campus on Tuesday, October 6 for an interactive Breakfast Meeting with Lisa, as she shared some of McDonald’s best practices when it comes to creative attendee engagement.
Cindy Wendt, Membership Chair said, “Lisa was excellent in her explanation of how McDonald’s focuses on the demographics of the attendee and how it sets and prioritizes goals. McDonald’s continuously seeks to push the envelope on creativity as it relates to attendee engagement at every level, from the pre-meeting experience, to the onsite experience, to post-meeting engagement.” There was great audience participation and it seemed everyone walked away with some new ideas.
Thank you to all GMC PCMA members who invited a nonmember to attend with them. We look forward to welcoming those nonmembers to our chapter! And of course a big thanks to Lisa for joining us and engaging with us again.
Join us for the next C3 Confab - Holiday Mixer on Monday, December 14, on the eve of The Association Forum’s Holiday Showcase, in Chicago at The Ivy Room.
