SECOND ANNUAL BOWLING EVENT
Please mark your calendars and join us Thursday, September 10, 2015 at the Painted Pin, an upscale boutique bar, bowling and entertainment venue, for our Second Annual Bowling Event! This is strictly a fun social event; this year, we will be including a silent auction to add to the festivities! Everyone who participated last year had a great time networking with fellow PCMA Southeast Chapter members and their friends and clients, and we hope this year’s gathering will be even bigger and better!
There are many ways in which you can become involved with this event, by either sponsoring a lane, food and beverage, or donating a gift basket or other item to the silent auction. SIX OF THE EIGHT AVAILABLE LANE SPONSORSHIPS ARE SOLD! ONLY TWO ARE STILL AVAILABLE, SO ACT FAST!
Each lane sponsor will form their own team of five to six (at least three of whom must be planners). Lane sponsorship is just $450.00 each, and includes bowling, shoes, two drink tickets and food for each team member. We also have two food and beverage sponsorships available at $250.00 each. Food and beverage sponsorships also include bowling, shoes, two drink tickets and food for two. The silent auction will be open throughout the event, and the winning bidders will be awarded their prizes at the conclusion of the event! …Now is the time to plan ahead for our most important fundraiser of the year…the Convening Leaders Silent Auction! The Silent Auction will take place in January of 2016 in Vancouver at the 2016 PCMA Convening Leaders during our Southeast Chapter Reception.
