Magdalena Grand Beach & Golf Resort in Tobago has named industry veteran Sandy Bell Rojas as Director of Sales and Marketing where she will oversee efforts in all international markets for the 178-room property. Bell Rojas is a Swiss hotel-school trained professional with more than 15 years of hotel operations and sales and marketing experience.

The PCMA Education Foundation has announced the hiring of Meredith Rollins as its new Executive Director. Rollins rejoins the organization after serving as Director of Strategic Development for the Association for Corporate Growth for the last two and half years. She previously worked with PCMA as Senior Manager of Partner Relations; overseeing the fulfillment and delivery of integrated marketing efforts for 17 partners.
Sarah Lane was named director, meetings & special events at American Hospital Association. Most recently, Lane was with the Hyatt Regency Chicago.
Anthony "Tony" Camarillo was named the new director of The Lakeland Center in Florida. Camarillo spent the past 20 years in a variety of roles at Navy Pier in Chicago. Most recently, he was the director of sales and services for SMG, an entertainment and convention venue management company.

Casa de Campo in the Dominican Republic appointed PCMA member Patricia Perez-Sahin senior director of group sales. Most recently, Perez-Sahin was director of the Dominican Republic Tourism Board based in Chicago.
PCMA member and hotel industry sales and marketing veteran Chuck Hilpl has formed the Hilpl Group, LLC, delivering exhibit/sponsorship sales, event planning, show floor management and meeting planning services to association and corporate meeting planners. For the past 15 years Hilpl represented Starwood Hotels & Resorts in a Global Sales role as Account Director.

Disney executive and longtime industry leader, Anne Hamilton, has accepted the role of Vice President, Global Travel for Disney Worldwide Shared Services. In this role, Anne will provide the essential operational and strategic leadership for the teams who serve the needs of Disney’s traveling Cast Members. Anne will also be responsible for the ongoing management of contracts with commercial and charter airlines, hotels, and transportation vendors.
The Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority Board of Directors appointed Lori Healey as CEO of the agency that oversees Chicago’s McCormick Place. Healey comes to MPEA from the Chicago-based investment and urban economic development firm Tur Partners LLC, where she served as CEO. She succeeds Jim Reilly, who announced previously that he would be stepping down in 2015.
Mike Waterman has been named president of the Greater Houston Convention & Visitors Bureau and executive vice-president of Houston First Corporation.
