Henry Givray

SmithBucklin has announced that Henry Givray will transition out of his role as President and CEO on Dec. 31, 2015. Though Givray will continue to be Chairman of the SmithBucklin Board of Directors, it will be in a non-executive role. He will also continue to facilitate and manage both the Leadership Institute and the Leadership Learning Forum, two intensive, high-impact programs he created. Effective Jan. 1, 2016, SmithBucklin Executive Vice President Matt Sanderson will be appointed President and CEO of the company. Sanderson currently serves as chief executive of the SmithBucklin Business + Trade Industry Practice, the largest of three in the company.

Susan Salem Euritt 

Susan Salem Euritt is Garrett Popcorn’s new Vice President Direct Sales and Business Development. Previous to Garrett Popcorn Salem Euritt held business development positions with Freeman, PCMA, Choose Chicago and several major hotel brands.

Amanda Wrathall 

Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC) has appointed Amanda Wrathall as sales and marketing head. Wrathall is the first senior team appointment for new chief executive, Marshall Dallas.

Leandro Cruz

Casa de Campo resort in the Dominican Republic has announced the appointment of Leandro Cruz as its Vice President of Sales. Cruz will be responsible for overseeing local and international sales at Casa de Campo.

Jeremy Shaw Wright 

HPN Global has announced the hiring of meeting executive Jeremy Shaw Wright as Vice President, Global Accounts in Atlanta, GA. Prior to joining HPNG Jeremy spent the last four years at the Mandarin Oriental, Atlanta as senior corporate sales manager.

André Jacques 

André Jacques was appointed director of sales and marketing at The Langham, Melbourne. 

Nick Pilbeam

Reed Exhibitions appointed Nick Pilbeam to the position of divisional director – Travel including the International Luxury Travel Market portfolio, World Travel Market portfolio and the newly branded ibtm events portfolio of global and regional events providing business solutions on five continents.

Dante Angelucci, Jr.

The Massachusetts Convention Center Authority hired Dante Angelucci, Jr. as the authority’s new deputy director of development and construction.  In his role, Angelucci will be responsible for leading and overseeing the 1.3 million-square-foot expansion of the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center and related projects, including the development of two new parking garages
