Randy Randall has been named the new executive director of the Santa Fe Convention and Visitor’s Bureau. Randall is a longtime industry vet, with more than 45 years’ experience, including 10 years as general manager of the Eldorado Hotel. He also served on the board of directors of the American Hotel and Lodging Association, chaired the New Mexico Lodging Association and worked on the Civic Center Advisory Committee that did the feasibility study for the Santa Fe Community Convention Center.
Kerry Crockett, MBA, CAE, CMP, DES
Kerry Crockett, MBA, CAE, CMP, DES, has joined the International Society for Magnetic Resonance in Medicine (ISMRM) as its Associate Executive Director. She brings 15+ years of executive level management to the organization and will be tasked with managing the Section for Magnetic Resonance Technologists (SMRT) in addition to her administrative duties with ISMRM.
Andrew Gee has been named regional director of sales and marketing for Australia and New Zealand for Outrigger Enterprises Group, Honolulu. Gee was most recently director of sales and marketing for the Outrigger on the Lagoon, Fiji.
Anne Gottoli has been appointed director of sales and marketing at Novotel Melbourne St Kilda, Australia. Gottoli previously was director of sales and marketing at Rydges Bell City, Melbourne.
Karen Marvel has been named director of sales and marketing for Outrigger on the Lagoon, Fiji, and Castaway Island, Fiji. Marvel was most recently head of sales and marketing for Castaway Island, Fiji.
SmithBucklin named John Stoiber their new executive vice president of Outsourced Services. Previously, John served as executive vice president and chief executive of the Business + Trade Industry practice. Just last week SmithBucklin announced that Stoiber is the 2014 recipient of the Association Forum of Chicagoland’s Inspiring Leader Award. Stoiber is being honored for his success in establishing a culture that promotes employee satisfaction, motivation, engagement and achievement.

Loews Hotels & Resorts has appointed three new executive sales directors on the East and West coasts. Kerri Metcalf, formerly a key account director with InterContinental Hotels Group, now is Loews' executive director for Northern California and the Northwest. Former Dolce Hotels & Resorts global account director Ramel Kelly joined Loews as executive director for New York and Connecticut. Brigitte Lundrigan, formerly vice president of sales for Krisam Group and Global Event Partners, joined as executive director for Southern California and the Southwest.

With a background in meeting and event planning production in over 30 countries, Finch brings an additional 25 years of industry know-how to the seasoned Experience team. Finch also developed and taught a course in International Meeting Planning at San Diego and California State Universities for 14 years.

Experient announces the further expansion of its sales team with four new account managers to the Experient Sales Network (ESN).
Berenhaus joins Experient with more than 25 years’ industry experience, most recently with the National Science Teachers Association (NSTA) where he was responsible for all aspects of meetings and conferences with 1,500 – 15,000 attendees.
Joining Experient with both planner and supplier experience, Collins is an expert independent meeting professional planning and managing city-wide conventions for associations, corporate meetings and industry events ranging from 10 to 9,000 attendees. She is also a veteran of the hotel industry—working for Hilton National Sales in Chicago as Director of Sales and Renaissance Hotels International in Business Research.
Dieppa comes to Experient from Hoteles Catalonia where he was Director of Sales & Marketing, North America Division. Previously, he served as Director of Sales & Marketing USA for Puerto Vallarta & Riviera Maya at Marival Hotel Group, spearheading operations of the first U.S. office specializing in all-inclusive properties.
With 20 years’ experience in the hospitality/travel industry and client services, Sadler brings with her a corporate meeting planning and freelance project management background. She has managed operations and logistics for cosmetic and pharmaceutical meetings, advisory boards and sales incentives.
