This year's annual meeting will feature
speaker, actor, emcee and entrepreneur, Roger Haskett.
Roger Haskett helps to make meetings, organizations, and individuals be
more engaging. In his award winning career, Roger developed a unique formula for maximizing audience
engagement and influencing employees, members, participants, and
everyone he meets to be more engaged and authentic individuals.
Roger consistently delivers entertaining, interactive, and relevant
experiences that help participants learn and network to their full potential.
His unique storytelling style and incredible energy foster interactive,
positive, and thought-provoking experiences.
As the owner of Engagement Unlimited, Roger leads an event supplier/
planner team with a focus on team building, education and entertainment.
He is an iconic thought leader in the meetings industry and regularly
donates his time and talents to meeting associations (MPI, PCMA, ISES, etc.)
Roger holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting and a Master of Arts in
Education. He has acted in over 150 films, TV shows and commercials. You
might have seen him in shows like X-Files, Supernatural, Stargate, I Robot, or
VENUE AND HOTEL
This year's Annual Meeting will take place at the InterContinental Hotel. Event parking is being offered for $23 for up to 8 hours. If you will be staying the night, a small block of hotel rooms is available at the InterContinental Hotel for the discounted rate of $169/night plus tax. Book online here. GMC PCMA Bowl-a-Thon
Join your colleagues for an evening of fun while supporting our charity and the Greater Midwest Chapter. A portion of the proceeds from wine pull sales and silent auction will go to fund efforts such as the GMC student scholarship program, various GMC charities, and developing new and creative educational opportunities for our GMC members.

Now Accepting Donations for Silent Auction and Wine Pull!
The Silent Auction and Wine Pull will be returning this year and we are still collecting donations! We appreciate all donations, including the standard night hotel stays or gift certificates, but we would also like to see some NEW items and opportunities (spa, restaurant, fitness, and airfare)! If you are not affiliated with a company or organization that can provide a physical item to donate, you can donate cash or gift cards to go towards an airline voucher, wine or other items. If you know someone who may be interested in donating you can refer them to the form links or contacts below.

The Silent Auction and Wine Pull are an important part of our fundraising effort as 60% of the auction proceeds from the event go directly to our designated charity, Inspiration Corporation, 25% to GMC new education initiatives, 10% to student initiatives & 5% to the PCMA Education Foundation.
Auction proceeds collected at this year’s Bowl-a-Thon, and donated to Inspiration Corporation, will be used to help sustain the resources needed to continue to help more than 2,500 men, women, and families affected by homelessness and poverty each year.
We are excited to announce that we will once again be partnering with BidPal for this year’s Silent Auction. BidPal proved to be convenient and efficient last year, aiding in reaching a new goal of over $32,000 raised. Additionally, we have worked with BidPal to increase the number of packages we will be able to offer. We are excited to bring mobile bidding back for what is sure to be another successful year!

Inspiration Corporation’s mission is help people who are affected by homelessness and poverty to improve their lives and increase self-sufficiency. They provide an atmosphere of dignity and respect, offering opportunities for social services, employment training, and housing services. Inspiration Corporation was started in 1989 as a volunteer-run organization and depends on more than 1,500 volunteers throughout each year to help with the day-to-day work of running Inspiration Café, tutoring, and conducting mock interviews for job seekers.
