Team Work Makes the Dream Work
Uniting Meetings and Education

with PCMA’s Best in Class Speaker 2016 Debra Zabloudil

Today’s business world demands meetings and events that are ever more creative and strategic, with the planner stuck squarely in the middle to assure that both logistics AND content are engaging, informative and relevant. In some organizations, there are silos (real or perceived) between the Meetings Team and the Education Deptartment, which can hinder success in meeting these goals. But when a true partnership is formed, the results can be magical for meeting/ learning design innovation and attendee experience. But how to make it work? This highly interactive program will spotlight various ways in which education and meetings teams are collaborating for success.

Learner Outcomes

  1. Gain insights from peers around successful education/meetings team collaborations, resulting in process improvements, design innovations, and more;
  2. Support collaboration between Education and Meetings/Events even if your organization's structure does not naturally foster this type of partnership;
  3. Chart a plan for taking your content development to the next level in 2016 and beyond
