Please join us for the Annual GPPCMA Retreat!
Are you tired of boring team building exercises? Do you moan when you are asked to incorporate ice breakers into your events? At this year’s retreat, experience The Fun Dept. and their proven model for engaging participants and energizing meetings. The Fun Dept.’s unique team building programming and event production have been developed over 11-plus years to rave reviews from partnered venues, meeting planners, and event professionals in the Greater Philadelphia region.
Design Your Fun: How to Create Engaging Fun Programs for Meetings and Conferences – Hosted by Nat Measley
Design Your Fun is an interactive keynote designed to engage leaders, managers, HR professionals and administrators of organizations in current research and trending opportunities for using fun as a valuable tool to further engage your organization and your people. The workshop details The Fun Dept’s research-based model (The Laws of Fun) while offering a creative outlet – your very own Creative Inventory – of opportunities and ideas for how to utilize fun at work.
Participants will be introduced to research theory in leadership development, employee engagement, team building, creativity and design. The workshop encourages small-group work and collaboration amongst all participants.
