How do you gain insights from your attendees, participants, students, or customers? The most innovative and successful event professionals, trainers, and others put evaluations to work for them. We will discuss how to ask the right questions, maximize response rates, and perform meaningful analysis of the data. Examples straight from our current partnerships will help enhance how you collect and use valuable feedback from your customers.

About the Speaker:
Lee Emmert is the CEO and co-founder of Evaluāt, a Washington, D.C.-based firm specializing in event, training, and experience evaluation. Prior to Evaluāt, he was a Program Manager at Georgetown University, leading large IT projects and the transformation toward a mobile campus. He also has several years of experience in management and IT consulting for a variety of corporate and government clients. He earned an MBA at Georgetown University, and a BS in Computer and Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

In partnership with Project Homeless Connect, we will be collecting any and all hygiene items including wash cloths, full size/travel size shampoo and conditioner, tooth brushes, combs, etc.  A collection bin will be placed at registration for your convenience.  For each item donated, we will provide 1 raffle ticket to go towards our monthly drawing.
